A dedicated leader with extensive government experience, Tanya Carter has delivered results across Nassau County. Serving as Special Assistant to Nassau County Executive Laura Curran and working with two Village Mayors, Carter developed deep expertise in municipal operations. Her success in saving 150 homes through negotiation demonstrates her commitment to protecting families.

Currently serving on the Town of Hempstead IDA Board and as CEO/President of Broadway Legacy, Carter drives economic development and creates housing solutions. Her work with the Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs and ability to secure critical resources has benefited countless families.
